The Right of Cancellation
You are allowed to cancel your contract with Orbi-Tech within two weeks in a written form (e. g. letter, fax, e-mail) without giving any reasons. In the case that the goods were sent to you prior to the deadline you can cancel the contract by sending the goods back to Orbi-Tech. The deadline starts after the receipt of this declaration in a written form, but not prior to the receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of more than one delivery of similar goods not before the receipt of the first part-delivery). To protect the deadline of the cancellation just send the cancellation or the goods back right in time.

Consequences of Cancellation
In the case of a valid cancellation the received services and efforts from both sides have to be given back and probable benefits (e. g. interest, tax) has to be given back to the sender.
When you are not able to give the received service or goods back to us completely in order, but in a part-complete or worse and damaged condition or no return is possible, you have to pay compensation. This is not valid for goods that were sent to you, when the damage can only be checked by looking on it from the outside, as in a shop. You can also minimize the risk of compensation payment by handling the products in the right way as written in the instruction manual, take care of the goods and refrain from doing anything that could damage them.
Goods which can be dispatched in packets are to be sent back to us on our risk. You will have to take the costs for the return of the goods in the case that the delivered goods correspond to the received goods and when the price of the goods to be sent back is not higher than € 40,00. Or in the case of a higher price that you have not paid the full or part-price (as agreed in the contract) of the goods at the time of cancellation.
Otherwise the return of the goods causes no costs for you. Goods that cannot be dispatched in parcels will be collected from you by us. Payment obligations of compensation have to be fulfilled within 30 days. The deadline starts for you at the moment of the sending of the cancellation or the goods; for us with the receipt of your cancellation or goods.
